Formerly known as Freestyle Palace, Off the Dome is back on the wonderland of the Playa for its second groovin’ decade as the original musical imagination sanctuary and Playa Talent Incubator. Our tried-and-true DIY distinctive Jam Dome is powered by the talent and creativity of all Black Rock City citizens. Our stage, microphones and instruments are welcome to all who have always wanted to sing, speak and make impromptu music! We bring performances day and night with DJs and live acts.

Off the Dome is the home of hip hop visionaries the Black Rock City All Stars, and The Black Rock City Regional Air Guitar Championships – now in its 10th year.

We are all about the magical love of music! Come play and perform with our teachers and creators at our innovative haven. Off the Dome, we are all about doin’ it live at Home on Esplanade.
